Area Issue

Please be advised we have identified an area issue affecting St. Croix Extension. A team has been dispatched to have the issue resolved. Currently, no ETR is available.

    Area Issue

    Please be advised that we have identified an area issue affecting the below areas: Jaipaulsingh Road, Cunjal, Moruga, St Croix, Rochard Douglas (partial areas), Oropouche South & Gunness Trace. Both services will be affected as our teams are working on rectifying the issue. Currently no ETR is available, but updates will be added as service restores in the mentioned areas.

  • Service has been restored to the final areas - St. Croix and Jaipaulsingh Road. Both services are fully operational in all affected areas outlined.

  • Service has been restored to all areas with the exception of St. Croix Road and Jaipaulsingh Road (Lower numbers) which is estimated to be restored within forty five (45) minutes as our teams work assiduously.

    Please be advised TIC4 is currently frozen from the source. Studio personnel was contacted and advised they will send someone to look into it. There's currently no ETR.

    Please be advised that we have identified an area issue affecting internet only in Claxton Bay and environs. A team has been dispatched to have the issue resolved. Currently no ETR is available .

  • Our cables were burnt due to a house fire. New cables were erected and the issue has been resolved. Internet service is fully operational. Our engineers will also keep monitoring the affected area to ensure service continuity.
