Please be advised that we have identified an area issue affecting both Internet and Cable services in the Moruga area. A team has been dispatched to have this resolved. No ETR available at this time.

At this point, the fiber lines are being repaired. The current ETR is three (3) hours.
Our teams are on site repairing a broken fiber line. No ETR available at this time. They are working assiduously to have the issues resolved.

The additional Work was completed in Hosein Gardens. All services are now fully operational.
The issue has been resolved in the Papourie area.
However, works are still being conducted in Hosein Gardens off Papourie Road to have services restored.

Fiber work has been completed and the channel was restored.
ETR of 6 hours was given by their team on the restoration of the fiber.
This issue was indentitifed to be due to fiber break at the studio, teams were dispatched to the location to resolve this issue.
