At this point, the fiber lines are being repaired. The current ETR is three (3) hours.

The additional Work was completed in Hosein Gardens. All services are now fully operational.
The issue has been resolved in the Papourie area.
However, works are still being conducted in Hosein Gardens off Papourie Road to have services restored.

ETR of 6 hours was given by their team on the restoration of the fiber.
This issue was indentitifed to be due to fiber break at the studio, teams were dispatched to the location to resolve this issue.
