Our teams are performing emergency maintenance in the Cachipe and Penal Rock areas. Both TV and Internet services will be affected. ETR 1 hour until completion.

Emergency Maintenance Phase One (Moruga)
Our teams will be conducting emergency maintenance in Edward Trace, Moruga. Digital TV will be affected.
Both services will also be affected in Cachipe and Penal Rock Road areas.
The estimated time for service restoration is one hour (approximately)
Services are now fully operational in Edward Trace.

Our teams have been dispatched to have the issue rectified. There is no ETR available at this time.
Ongoing work has concluded and all networks are fully functional.
All affected areas will be restored with the exception of Congo Hill junction to New Colonial Junction which will still be down due to ongoing work. ETR 3 hours (approximately)
There has been a fiber outage causing Digital TV to be affected at this time. Our teams are working assiduously to have the service restored.

TELEVISION SERVICEChannel Outage - IBN
Please be advised that IBN is currently down due to a power outage in the area, studio personnel advised it's restoration to be @ 3:00 pm.
Power was restored to the area and the feed IBN is back up.
The studio was contacted and advised power has still not return in the area.

Channel Issue || WESN
Please be advised that WESN is currently down, studio personel are on there way to investigate the issues at the studio. No ETR was given at this time.
Work at the studio was completed and the feed for WESN was restored. Channel is once again back up.
Work is still on-going at the studio. Studio personnel are currently working on resolving a few issues with their playout equipment. No ETR was given with regards to completion time.
Studio Personnel are currently at the studio working on resolving the issue. No ETR is available as to when the work is expected to be completed.
Studio personnel are still en-route approximately 30-40 minutes away from the studio.

Area Issue (Santa Flora)
Both TV and Internet service will be affected due to an issue identified in Santa Flora. Our teams have been dispatched to have the issues resolved. No ETR is available at this time.
T&TEC has concluded and power has been restored. Our services are now fully operational.
We have identified that due to a planned power outage by T&TEC, our service is also affected from Jacob Settlement to Beach Road.
