Dear Customers, we are aware of intermittent outages during the day on some channels on our lineup. This is being caused by an event known as Sun Outage.  Sun Outages occur when the sun is in a direct line behind a satellite transmitting cable signals. When the sun is aligned with a satellite, solar radiation interferes with the satellite’s signal and thus causes a brief signal outage from some of our providers and is beyond our control.
