    Area Issue (Gomez Trace)

    We have identified an area issue affecting both cable and internet services in Gomez Trace, St. Mary's. A team has been dispatched to have this issue rectified. Currently, no ETR is available.

    Area Issue (La Lune)

    Please be advised that we have received reports of both services being affected in the area of La Lune, Moruga. A team has been dispatched to have the problem rectified. No ETR is available at this time.

    Channel Outage - WESN

    Please be advised WESN is currently frozen. Studio personnel was contacted whom advised no one is currently at the studio to troubleshoot, and will have an update around 6PM.

  • Please be advised that work on WESN is completed, Channel would be backup momentarily.

  • Studio personnel are still working on resolving the issue. Estimated ETR is at 7:30pm

  • B4U Music and B4U Movies Outage

    Please be advised that B4U Music and B4U Movies are currently down. We are currently awaiting a response from the provider.

    We have identified an area issue affecting both services in parts of Cunjal Road. A team has been dispatched to the area to have the issue resolved. Currently no ETR available.

  • Our team is still on site investigating the cause of the issue. No ETR available at this time.

  • Emergency Maintenance (Samlalsingh Trace)

    Our teams will be conducting emergency maintenance in Samlasingh Trace, Claxton Bay. Both services will be affected for a maximum of forty five (45) minutes.

  • Work has been completed. All services are now fully operational.
