Channel Outage - ACTS

Please be advised that ACTS 25 is down due to a power outage at the source provider studio. No ETR was given on when the issue will be resolved.

  • Please note that ACTS 25 power outage issue has been resolved, the channel is back online.

    • Area Issue (La Lune)

    We have identified an area issue in the La Lune, Moruga area. Both TV and Internet services will be affected. Our teams have been dispatched to have the issue resolved. No ETR available at this time.

  • The issue has been rectified. Both services are fully operational.

  • The inclement weather is a causing a delay in rectifying the issue at this time.

  • Our teams are still in the La Lune area working on rectifying the issue.

  • Our teams have identified a fiber outage affecting the services in La Lune. Our teams are working assiduously to have this resolved

    Channel Issue || ACTS25

    Please be advised that ACTS25 is currently down. Studio personnel was contacted and advised that are looking into it. They were unable to provide an ETR at this time.

  • Fiber work has been completed and the channel was restored.

  • ETR of 6 hours was given by their team on the restoration of the fiber.

  • This issue was indentitifed to be due to fiber break at the studio, teams were dispatched to the location to resolve this issue.

    • Zee Caribbean

    Zee Caribbean is currently down at the source. Provider confirmed they observed the issue and are looking into it.

  • This channel has been restored.
