INTERNET SERVICE Degraded Service

One of our uplinks are currently down and they identified the issue to be a fiber break which is being investigated. During this period services will be degraded. There is no ETR provided by our uplink at this time.

  • Uplink provider confirmed splicing work on the fiber has been completed.

    TELEVISION SERVICE Channel Outage

    Acts 25 is currently down from the source, the channel will be slated until resolved.

    INTERNET SERVICE Degraded Internet Service

    One of our uplinks are currently expriencing circuit issues which has caused our services to become degraded. While we have shifted traffic onto another circuit, customers may experience slower internet speeds during this time. No ETA is currently available but our uplink are currently investigating.

    Power Outage - Internet & TV Services Affected - Claxton Bay

    Please be advised there is a power outage in the Claxton Bay area, affecting internet and TV services to our cutomers. A RFO as well as an ETR was not provided by T&TEC.
