We are currently experiencing issues on one of our uplinks due to a fiber break which has caused our services to become degraded. While we have shifted traffic onto another circuit, customers may experience slower internet speeds during this time. No ETA is currently available but teams are en route to resolve the issue.
All works have been completed. Services restored
Cabling is still on-going, however splicing has started on a segment off the break.
